Training Modules

Module 1 & 2: In these trainings, we focus on the foundations of Ashtanga, Rocket, and Vinyasa yoga. We offer cross-training to strengthen your yoga practice, with a special emphasis on arm balancing and inversions. You will receive routines that make creating a home practice realistic and achievable.

If you have previously completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training but still don’t feel confident, Module 2 will provide you with a new perspective on practicing and sharing yoga within your communities.

Module 3: This module focuses on special conditions yoga, such as Prenatal and Restorative practices. It is an excellent add-on to any prior training you have completed.

Our Training Mission

Our mission is to meet you where you are and help you feel more grounded, both in teaching and practicing yoga.

If you are new to regular practice, our 200-hour training will introduce you to Ashtanga yoga—the foundation of all modern Vinyasa and flow styles. This time-tested system serves as the perfect starting point for your yoga journey.

Fridays 5:30-8pm on Zoom or In-Person

Saturdays 9:30- 4pm

Sundays 9:30 - 3:30pm
